The Dog and Duck Dash/Dawdle returns! – 20th July

On 20th July we will be running a guided trail run from The Dog and Duck pub in Linton. As before these are runs without leaders but written instructions for you to follow – don’t worry, if I can follow them so can you!! This will be INSTEAD of the usual club run from the leisure centre.

This route takes you through the lovely countryside behind CamGrain in South Cambridgeshire and through Hadstock or Abington depnding on which route you take. There are two options, one longer route – approx 7-7.5 miles and one shorter route – approx 4.5 (I think, we will be re running these routes this weekend and will update). The routes are majority grass, gravel tracks and pavement with a few hills but nice downhills too!

Runners can arrive and depart any time between 6:30 and 7:30 on Thursday 20th July. Just sign in and out with Hayley or Janet. If it’s nice we will be sitting outside, around the back of the pub. Once you return then have a swift rehydration session at the pub – its a lovely place with a great selection of drinks!

Parking at the pub is limited – there is a public car park with the Doctors Surgery car park on Cole’s Lane

Any questions please message me on Facebook or email hbrod@hotmail.co.uk

Looking forward to seeing many of you there!
