Training week beginning 23rd October

Your weekly training round up:

When: Tuesday 6:30pm prompt

Where: Leisure Centre

Who: Trev Bunch

What: Timed intervals of between 30 and 120 seconds. Trev’s session is open to all as it is time trial week. This session is suitable for all abilities. These types of reps are tough but totally worth it!


When: Tuesday 7:30pm

Where: Leisure Centre

Who: Yusuf et al.

What: 800m reps – another great set of intervals


When: Thursday 7pm

Where: Leisure Centre

Who: Everyone!

What: Time Trial – it’s that time again!! Come and see how you have improved recently or support a buddy around our well marshalled time trial route. If you can help out please contact Annette Hall as she is organising this one.
