PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR HI-VIZ ESPECIALLY DURING POOR WEATHER. This is important for everyones safety. If you need some we have plenty spare hi-viz tabards. Please let someone know ahead of time.
From February our training is having a little shake up – nothing to worry about, we are just making the most of skills in the club! I am very excited to get this implemented so watch this space!!!!!
A gentle reminder: The official session run by HRC at 6:30 is currently led by either Sil or Andrew. Trev Bunch also has a group of runners training at this time which is a closed group. Please utilise the HRC session. If you wish to join Trev please contact him ahead of time and he will discuss this with you.
