Ross Arnold ran a massive PB at the weekend in the Test Track 10 mile race at the Ford Test Track in Essex. He knocked over twelve and a half minutes off his previous best! He finished in 145th place out of 391 finishers. The day before he also ran a course PB at the Clare Castle parkrun, finishing in 24:27.
Yusuf Firat also ran the Test Track 10. He finished in 28th place overall and was 4th in his age category, running 1:10:03.
Shirley Fowler ran her best time for a trail marathon on Sunday in the Marriotts Way Marathon. She was 48th overall out of 123 finishers. She was 11th female and 3rd in her age category! She ran 4:10:55.
Michelle Brazier Gardner ran in the Marriotts Way Half Marathon. She ran 2:28:32 and was 10th out of 19 in her age category.
Michael Gilbert came 1st in the Clare Castle parkrun 17:15. Chris Hawkins was 6th 19:52. Alison Goodwin was 4th female 26:57.
Alex Smith was 2nd in the Castle Park parkrun (Bishop’s Stortford) 18:12.
