Kelly Talks 5k

Thursday 26th April – 8-9:30pm
Kids City – Haverhill Sports Centre

Kelly says…

‘With many of us transitioning from half and full marathon training to shorter race distances over the summer, our training should be changing to help maximise our achievements.

The talk will cover:
• How to structure interval training to maximise speed
• What distances should be ran on longer runs to support our short races
• Relevant conditioning work and cross training
• How should our nutrition intake alter from half and full marathon training

With the Kevin Henry season approaching fast let’s do all we can to have a fantastic summer of running and get HRC lots of lovely points 😊
