A quiet race week this week but lots of people out and about at parkrun
Peter Miller came in first place at Haverhill parkrun in a time of 17:57. In second place was Paul Murkin (20:12), third place and 1st lady went to Fiona Tideswell (22:33) and fourth was Daniel Pelling (22:40). 17 HRC runners were in attendance at our home parkrun this week!
At Clare Castle Paul Krause was 3rd (19:48). Caroline Duckworth ran her fastest time at Clare so far!
Cheryl Eden achieved a new 5km PB whilst running at Clare Castle parkrun. She knocked 1 minute and 5 seconds off and her PB is now 30:55.
Tony Bacon came in first at Great Dunmow parkrun with a time of 19:08. he was joined here by Karina Hunt and Charlotte Green.
Ian Elden took another 3 seconds off his 5k PB that he set only last week by coming in at 18:35 at Kesgrave parkrun!!
Sirkka Love did some parkrun tourism at Delamere in Cheshire and Janette Walker headed to Clacton.
