Its time for race number five folks!

Fritton Lake Outdoor Centre, Church Lane, Fritton, NR31 9HA
Come and join your fellow HRC runners at Fritton Lake for the next xc event, hosted by Bungay Black Dog Running Club.
Please do not park at the Pub. Follow yellow signs and marshals’ instructions.
Amended route this year without the bamboo groves and rickety wooden bridges. Suitable for spikes but please take care on the firm tracks.
Junior race 2.4miles, start 10.45.
Under 11s race, 450m approx, start 10.47. Medals to all finishers.
Senior race 4.5 miles (2 laps). Start 11.15 approx (or when the last junior finishes).
The club will pay your entry fee, all we need is your name and age category.
