A slightly quieter week after last weekends activities!
Bryn Stuppell ran the Hampton Court Half and managed an enormous 16 minute PB! Luke Withers also managed a PB here too, dipping under 1h 40 min for the first time. Two HRC runners made their half marathon debut at this event – Louise Harris and Sally Johnston, who are still less than a year into their running journeys – here’s to many more!
Char Green ran a 20 mile race for the first time and Ross Arnold managed to nab a PB at this event!
Andrew Bell travelled to Stafford for the half marathon and finished in a brilliant time of 1:19:56, 25th position out of over 2800 runners and 6th in his age category.
