The situation the world faces now is unprecedented and there are very few who have experienced situations such as this. Many people will find these times challenging both in working and personal life. Running for many may have been an avenue to release stresses and anxieties, but again due to challenges this may be limited. It is important that as a club we offer the support to our members during this time so that whatever challenges we face, we come through them.
To help support our members mental wellbeing during this time, the club has extended it’s team of Mental Health Champions. Any one of the following people are there to talk to you, please don’t hesitate to speak to them if you need support.
