Tuesday Training has been pretty intermittent since last March, and no doubt there are many of us who feel we’ve lost some of fitness compared to a year ago. Hopefully it won’t be too long until we can resume training together on a regular basis, but in the meantime I’m happy to send a weekly session plan to anyone who wants to do a session on their own. The sessions will be very similar to the usual Tuesday Training sessions, and I will do separate plans for Blue Group and Yellow Group runners.
