We’ve been contacted by the organising team of the Hockeys 5K Series as they are looking for a new results coordinator for next years series as the current coordinator (Kate from CTC) is stepping down.
Ideally they are looking for find 1 or 2 people and would if possible like to train them at the last race this year ready for next year.
The role description is below:
Following each Hockeys event (held during April – September):
- Management of the finisher tokens and stop-watches, bringing these to each event and distributing them to the relevant club
- Receiving the finisher tokens that will have been collected by each club and the stop-watches from the race organisers at the end of each event
- Post-race, with the stop-watches and the result sheets that will be sent through to you from each club, process the Male and Female results and record them in the central spreadsheet
- Experience and access to Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets required.
- Note – this role could be shared.
- The previous Results Coordinator (Kate, from CTC) will provide a handover note and the spreadsheets she used to log and record results
