Member of the Month for January 2023 is…….
Kate Russell
Kate has been with the juniors since she was 12 and is described as ‘very disciplined’, ‘very enthusiastic’ and ‘a great team player’.
She has improved immensely considering she was out of action for almost a year after breaking her leg in 2021, to then come back and run 21:16 in January’s time trial putting, her in the top 10 club records. This is testament to her hard work, determination and dedication to her running.
Kate also made it in the team for Essex XC championships.
We are told Kate is an absolute joy to coach.
