🏃🏼♂️🏃♀️boring but important housekeeping post 🏃♀️🏃🏼♂️
Can you all please check the current status of your club membership, yearly subs are due payment to England Athletics (this pays for your unique EA number which allows you to compete as HRC) at the end of this month.
There are over 100 members who have outstanding subs, a few of these we know have left the club or are no longer competing but the majority of names on the list are current competing HRC members (some are nearly a year over due 🙈) we also know that this is likely just an over sight as we do not believe that people would deliberately not pay
Please can you check your membership by following this link if you think you may be guilty (I hold my hand up my name was on there, 4 weeks over due 😬) to renew before the end of the month or the subs won’t get paid and we’d hate for people to miss out
Thank you 😊 🏃♀️🏃🏼♂️
P.s if anyone is overdue and can’t settle up before the end of the month please just get in touch with myself or Jo Vickery and we’ll sort something out with you
And if you didn’t think March could get any more exciting….
March 10th will see the very first Haverhill Park Run officially launched
March 11th celebrates Haverhill Festival of Running which offers a variety of distances which form part of the Club GP 2018
March 29th Time Trial sees the completion of the January beginners course with them running their 1st full 5k
2018/2019 also celebrates 20 years of the existence of HRC (more details will follow about how we will be marking this)
To celebrate all of this, March TT will be a bit different with every single runner receiving a HRC medal and there will be trophies for the following categories:
1st, 2nd, 3rd place male & female
1st place beginner male & female
