PLEASE wear your club vests in primary club colours. \n  \nDate: Sunday 30th November 2025\nVenue: Rock Barracks\, Sutton Heath\, IP12 3LU\nRaces: Junior Race (Age 11-16) Single lap\, Approx 3500m\, 1040 Start\, Entry Fee £2\nSenior Race (Age 17+) Single lap\, Approx 8000m\, 1100 Start\, Entry Fee £5\nThere is NO Under 11 Fun Run\nOn entry to the barracks\, you will be directed to the parking areas and shown where the team gazebos can be set up.\nRunners aged 17 on or before 26 th Oct 2025 may take part in the senior race and must pay the relevant race fee for that race.\nThe junior race is for 11–16-year-olds. Age 11 or over on 26 th Oct 2025.\nNO “Guests” are allowed to run in the event and all competitors must be fully paid-up members of SWL Clubs. \nBoth Races start opposite the barracks on Sutton Heath.\nPLEASE TAKE CARE CROSSING THE ROAD\, this will be heavily marshalled.\nMarshals or signs will point runners in the right direction. There will be plenty of marshals with VHF radios around the course and the First Aid Team have an all-terrain vehicle capable of reaching all parts of the course.\nALL RUNNERS ARE ASKED TO BE KIND\, COURTEOUS AND MINDFUL OF OTHER RUNNERS AT THE UNAVOIDABLE CHOKE POINTS. Please be aware that Sutton Heath is an area of Natural Beauty and there may be dog walkers on the course so please be mindful.\nFacilities: The Race HQ will be open for refreshments. This is CARD only. We will not be able to accept cash.\nPortable Toilets and a 6-person urinal will be available by the club gazebos and an “Accessible” toilet will be available on request. \nWe look forward to seeing you on Sunday 30th November.

This is REALLY helpful to us. Please help out if you can?\n– The start/finish for all 3 races will be on the Castle Meadow (IP13 9BP)  as usual. A 5 min walk from Race HQ.\n– Club Gazebos can be erected on the Castle Meadow. I’ll speak with English Heritage this week to see if we’re allowed to take vehicles on to unload.\n– Under 11’s to register in the tent at Race HQ\, All others to register with team captains.
