Framlingham a Success – and Ipswich on the Horizon
A really strong set of performances from club members at Framlingham saw the club pick up yet more awards in a fantastic season, special mention to our first three ladies (Sian-Marie, Mary Ann and Charlotte) who collected a well-deserved trophy for 1st ladies team.
The results for club and individuals have yet to be factored in to the overall standings, so the information below relates to how things were after the previous fixture – we’ll have to wait a while to see if we’re still top!
In the meantime, the races come thick and fast, and next up is Ipswich Half Marathon, on Sun 20th September. There’s still time to enter if you haven’t already – entries close Weds 16th Sept
Looking forward to seeing you all there!

The Suffolk Grand Prix series is organised by the Suffolk County Athletics Association (SCAA), and is open to all affiliated Suffolk clubs. A selection of Suffolk races are chosen from the racing calender each year. All competitors belonging to affiliated club are automatically awarded points based on their finish position in these races, there is no need to enter separately for the Grand Prix competition. For full rules of the series visit the SCAA website.
Don’t forget – all Suffolk GP races are also in our own club GP – and you’ll get 20 bonus points for each one you include.
