Help needed!!
You may have heard about the Women’s Tour Cycle event that haverhill will be involved in. The start of stage 6 is in Haverhill on Saturday 9th October!!
We have the opportunity to have a stand in the race village being set up near the church. This would be a great thing for HRC to get out into the community again after lockdown and promote our wonderful club!
Can anyone spare an hour (or more) to come and be on our stand? All you need to do is smile, talk about running and promote HRC! Easy peasy! I don’t have final times yet but I will let you know as soon as I know.
Provisional timings are: Set up 07:00-09:00 (we are using one of the event gazebos so minimal set up for us – I don’t think we will need to be there at 7am!) Event opens: 09:30/10:00 Event closes: 13:00 Please let me know if you can spare a little bit of time – there might even be cake in it for you!!
