The only race results you can now submit are for those from 1 October onwards, until the last Sunday before awards night. There will be reminders in the weeks to come.
If you’ve already submitted some times, don’t forget it’s your best 3 that make up your score (across 3 different distances) so if you get a quicker time or times in any races between now and the end of the competition, you can submit those and your score will improve.
We work out all the age-grading for you, and work out which 3 different results make up the best score for you, so you don’t need to worry about whether a result in a different distance may or may not improve your score – submit it and we’ll do the rest.
It’s not too late if you’ve not yet entered any races (or if you’ve submitted less than 3) – get out there, get racing, and get submitting – you still have a chance.
