Your HRC membership will renew automatically on 1st April each year.
If a fee is due you’ll receive a payment request on or shortly after 1st April, which must be paid within six weeks to ensure continuity of your membership, including access to the benefits of England Athletics registration (if applicable).
By renewing your membership, you agree to continue to comply with adopted England Athletics policies and other HRC requirements.
We hope that you’ll want to renew your membership but if not, please let us know in writing via membership@haverhillrunningclub.com at least two weeks before the renewal date, so that we can prevent a payment request being sent out. Please also let us know your reason for leaving, to help us identify any improvements that we might need to make for our members in future.
To avoid any delays or other problems with membership renewal, please ensure that we have your correct contact details on file. You can update your contact details and check your membership status by logging into the myAthletics portal.
