Public Liability Insurance
As an England Athletics Affiliated Club, HRC automatically receives the benefit of public liability insurance, which covers the club and its directors/officers, members (athletes), licensed coaches and run leaders, and technical officials who act on its behalf.

HRC Expenses Policy
Please read the HRC Expenses Policy carefully before incurring any expenses on behalf of HRC and make sure you following the correct procedure if you need to make a claim. Claims that do not follow this guidance will not be paid.
Coaching Course Funding and Repayment Policy
Haverhill Running Club is committed to supporting the development of its members by providing opportunities to gain recognised coaching qualifications, which benefit the individual and the club by ensuring high-quality coaching is available.
Subject to a member meeting certain criteria and agreeing a minimum commitment period, the Club may agree to cover the cost of coaching courses (and associated fees, such as licence fees or safeguarding training). If the member leaves the Club, or ceases to provide reasonable coaching support before the minimum commitment period ends (except under certain conditions), they may be required to repay a percentage of the course costs to the club, based on a sliding scale. The member will be asked to sign a written agreement for this.
