Organised by the Suffolk County Athletics Association (SCAA), these are team relay races covering varying distances, age, and gender categories.
This year’s event will be held at the Northern Gateway Sports Park in Colchester on Sunday 22nd March 2026.
Anyone can participate in these races – you don’t need to be especially fast! And better still, HRC will pay the entry fees!
As these are team relay races you must wear an HRC vest or t-shirt in primary Club colours, i.e. black vest or t-shirt with silver writing and side panels. If you don’t have a HRC vest or t-shirt you can obtain one from the club shop.
