Just a quick reminder that the HRC 25th Anniversary Summer BBQ will be held on 20th August 2023.
In view of the number of members who are doing races in the morning, we’ve decided to move the timings back a little from last year, so that more people can attend. The approximate timings will therefore be as follows:
- Start time: from 3pm
- Fun run: 4pm
- Food served: 5pm
If you are intending to come to the BBQ and haven’t yet confirmed please complete the short questionnaire using the link below by 13th August latest, so that we can ensure we have enough BBQ food.
