Please submit any races already completed this Championship year, that you wish to be counted,
by 30 September 2023.
This will ensure everyone knows what they need to do in the last few weeks of the competition.
If you then get a better race result after that date, you can of course submit that result and it will replace any results previously submitted.

As you can see, only 7 ladies and 8 men have submitted any race results. Of those, only 3 ladies and 4 men have submitted 3 or more results. You need to submit at least 3 results in order to stand any chance of getting on the podium.
