Club run next Thursday (1st August) will be Summer Route 8.
This is a new route for 2024 and is similar to the Flying Shuttle pub run, adapted to start from the Leisure Centre. The route is 6 miles, but there is a shorter cut-off route of about 4 miles for those who want a shorter run.
As usual, we will meet at the Leisure Centre at 6.30pm.
Group leaders/pacers will be as follows:
- 8mm – Mark Novels
- 9mm – John Steel
- 10mm – Daniel Everitt
- 11mm – James Hymas
Please note that there is no 12+mm group this week. However, Bill Banner will be leading a progression run at the slightly later time of 7.15pm from the Leisure centre, which is suitable for new members (e.g. recent Beginner course graduates) and those who would normally run with the 12+mm group.
