The first race of the 2025 5K Summer Series will be held at 7pm on Thursday 24th April 2025, at Chivers Farm, behind Spire Hospital, 30 New Road, Impington, CB24 9EL.
These are great team events, which are both fun and competitive – there is always a friendly atmosphere and runners of all abilities are welcomed and well supported. The majority of participants are not superfast so, whether you run or jog the 5K, you’ll still get the buzz of being part of this brilliant event! All you need to do is don you HRC vest or t-shirt (primary club colours please) and turn up on the day. And remember, participating in these events will give you bonus points towards your club championship score!
Please note that all cars MUST but parked in the allocated car parks, which will be signposted. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the car parks to the venue, so we would strongly advise getting there early to avoid missing the start of the race. It would also be great to have time to get a team photo before the race starts!
Please DO NOT attempt to drive up the lane beside the hospital to the venue.
