The last HRC 5K Time Trial of 2025 will take place on Thursday 27th November 2025, from 7pm outside the Leisure Centre.
And by popular demand, this one will be a Handicap Time Trial, whereby start times are staggered according to estimated finish times, with the aim of everyone finishing around the same time.
If you’re planning to run please let us know your estimated finish time, in minutes and seconds, by completing the short form HERE no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 25th November. We’ll then publish everyone’s start times a day or two before the event.
First runners will start at 7pm with other runners staggered after that according to their estimated finish times. There will also be a briefing at 6.50pm – please attend the briefing, especially if you haven’t run the HRC Time Trial before..
Please note that the wearing of HI VIZ is mandatory – you won’t be allowed to run if you don’t wear it!
If you’re not planning to run and/or would like to take advantage of the last opportunity to ensure you are eligible to enter the HRC London Marathon ballot, please consider volunteering for one of the roles in the list below:
- Cineworld car park (x 2 persons needed)
- Bowls club
- Manor Road
- Top of slope
- Tesco bridge
- End of track onto Howe Road
- Howe Road onto Arrendene Road
- Arrendene Road back onto track
- Timekeeper (Mark Novels)
- Tokens
- Names
- Last runner (to run with slowest runner)
As usual, we’ll aim to decamp to a local hostelry afterwards.
Thank you as always for your support.
