In preparation for tomorrow’s Santa Run, here’s the route map and instructions.
Don’t worry if you don’t know the route, the group leaders will make sure you don’t get lost!
The full route is 4.2 miles in length but there’s a slightly shorter cut off route too.
As this is a leisurely run to see the lights (and hopefully Santa) we’ll be running in two main groups:
- Group 1 for the full route, and
- Group 2 for the shorter route.
We’ll stop periodically to re-group so no-one gets left behind.
The run starts at the Leisure Centre promptly at 6.30pm and finishes in Market Square where mulled wine (or soft drink) and mince pies will be waiting. Please remember to have some cash with you to make a small donation for the refreshments, which will go towards our new Charity of the Year (to be announced on Christmas Eve).
Whilst we encourage you to wear suitable Christmas attire, don’t forget to also wear something Hi Viz so that you can be seen. Fairy lights would of course be entirely appropriate!
