The second HRC 5K Time Trial of 2026 will take place on Thursday 26th February. This is in place of the usual Thursday club run.
The Time Trial will start from outside the Leisure Centre at 7pm sharp. There will also be a briefing at 6.50pm – please attend the briefing, especially if you haven’t run the HRC Time Trial before.
Please note that the wearing of HI VIZ is mandatory – you won’t be allowed to run if you don’t wear it!
As always, we need volunteers to marshal the event, take names etc. If you’re not planning to run please do come forward to help out. Remember, you need to do some voluntary work for the club if you want to be eligible for the next HRC London Marathon Ballot, so please consider volunteering for one of the roles in the list below:

- End of track onto Howe Road
- Howe Road onto Arrendene Road
- Arrendene Road back onto track
- Timekeeper (Mark Novels)

- Last runner (to run with slowest runner)
