Well done everyone who came and ran in the first race of the Summer Series!
This course isn’t the easiest with tough terrain and dusty conditions but everyone gave it a good go.
All runners score a point for HRC towards our overall total so the more people who run the higher up we finish! The first 10 finishers also score extra points for the club. This event saw Sarah Davies, Alison Goodwin, Hayley Wilson and Katie Hazell finishing first for ladies and Andrew Mynott, Stephen Husband, Chaz Barrett, Andrew Bell and Ethan Boulton finish first for the gents.
The junior section was represented by Max Bell and Oscar Ashwood who both had brilliant runs.
The sun behind us in the photo is lovely, but we can’t actually see anyone! Therefore at the next race on Thursday 21st May in Histon we need lots more runners for a great picture!
